How do I book a stay at calmretreat?
You can book by completing the contact form or sending an email to info@calmretreat.vip with your preferred dates and group size. Our team will follow up with available options and detailed instructions.
What types of accommodation are available?
We offer private studios, shared lodges and lakeside cottages. Each unit features eco-friendly furnishings, natural light and easy access to workshop and excursion areas.
Are art materials provided during workshops?
Yes, all basic supplies—canvases, paints, brushes and clay—are included. You may also bring your own tools or request specialized materials in advance.
What should I bring for nature walks?
Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing and a refillable water bottle are recommended. We supply binoculars and field guides for added exploration.
Can I customize my retreat schedule?
Absolutely. We work with you to design a retreat that balances workshops, guided activities and free time based on your interests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival receive a full credit toward a future stay. Shorter notice cancellations may incur a reduced credit fee to cover administrative costs.
How do I get to calmretreat from Zurich airport?
Take the train to Zurich Hauptbahnhof, then transfer to tram line 4 heading to Pfingstweid. Exit at Pfingstweidstrasse stop and walk two minutes to number 110.

A shuttle service runs daily between Zurich main station and Pfingstweidstrasse 110. Private transfers can also be arranged upon request.
