Welcome to calmretreat. By accessing or booking any offering at our quiet resort stays with arts and nature venue, you agree to these terms. This policy is effective as of 2025.

2. Scope of Offerings

Our offerings include:

• Quiet resort stays with arts and nature experiences
• Digital guides and creative workshops (info products)
• Branded merchandise and art kits (goods)

3. Info Products

Info products consist of digital downloads such as creative guides, video tutorials, and artistic resources. Access is granted once payment is confirmed. A valid email address is required to receive download instructions.

4. Goods

Physical items such as art kits or branded merchandise are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please inspect goods upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is any damage or defect.

5. Booking and Payment

All prices are quoted in CHF and include applicable charges. Available payment methods include credit card and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of booking or order confirmation. Bookings without payment confirmation may be canceled.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for guest satisfaction. Refund guidelines are:

• Resort reservations: Full refund requests submitted at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival are eligible. Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Info products: Notify us within 7 days of download to request a refund. After delivery, no refund is possible.
• Goods: Exchanges or reimbursements apply for damaged or defective items. Notify within 5 days of receipt. The item must be sent back in original condition. We cover shipping costs for replacements.

Services designated as non-refundable, such as specialized retreats with limited capacity, are not eligible for a refund. This is necessary because resources and materials are allocated specifically for each guest.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Guests may cancel or reschedule resort stays by notifying us at least 30 days before arrival. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and any difference in rate will apply. For non-refundable offerings, only rescheduling is available under these terms.

8. Liability

calmretreat.vip is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings onsite, except in cases of willful misconduct by our team.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
